-Dot Info domain so nothing too unique
-100-150 unique visits a day
-Adsense revenue brings me roughly $20 every 7 days
-35 pages and 11 posts of unique content. All pages contain between 500-900 words.
-Facebook page included
-858 Total Backlinks, 3 of these .edu/.gov
-PR 1
-Mostly ranks for long tails. Can't rank for big keywords. Too much competition.
 


20/7 * 30 = $85 / month x 6-24 (depending on site history and some more specifics).

If it's not very old you're probably looking in the lower range of that seeing how it's also a .info...look around Flippa for similar sites, you'll get your answer.

$20 every 7 days is around $80 per month.. I would say $600-$900 (excluding fees)

Also somehow I find that sites monetized with adsense seem to be a lot easier to sell that those that depends on affiliate sales..
 
I think its not enough for anyone.I am making 80$ every week from my website.You should work on your site to make more successful website.
