How much is my website worth?

Hey guys, My website is a 1 year 8 months old. OneStopMuscle - One Stop Closer To Your Goals

UV- 300-500 ( have hit 3000 UV for a week or so when i went flat out and there was big news in the industry )

Current Alexa rank - 3,000,000 ( highest = 1,400,000 )

Monthly earnings $100ish more when i did better

contains unique articles and also videos created by myself.

Will go on flippa and try and sell it but if anyone could give me an estimate that would be great.

I know many say monthly earnings x 10 but surely there is more to a value of something than that? someone with great SEO skills could make it much higher in the rankings.
