Hi I am thinking of selling my domain which is ranking for google top10 for keywords example

make money online
how to make money online
earn money online
how to earn money online

How much do you guys think the price should be?
 


If you are in top 10 for all of those, then it's worth proper money if you sell it with the content aswell.

Like $XX,XXX to low $XXX,XXX probably?
 
What a stupid vague question. Do you seriously want us to throw a number based on the bullshit information you've given us? If you want a serious answers you'll have to out your site ( Not recommended). Site name/age/how long you've been ranking for,etc all matter. Also I don't give 2 shits about your rankings, what matters is how much $$$ your making.
 
Thx for the rude feedback. I am selling it because I do not want to monetize it myself, I am more of a seo guy than a website builder :O

How much it could worth, I think its based on how much profit potential the buyer see in the keywords its ranking for..

Maybe the buyer can sell ebook, cpa or affiliate marketing, a forum or whatever monetizing way.

Anyone got a serious answer or example from flippa or other domain selling platform, which someone sells a domain which is ranking for lucrative keyword but has yet to implant any monetizing way in it?

It doesn't have to make $$$ but it helps. Also I gave you a serious non bullshit answer and you're being butt hurt about it. Also you could help a little, maybe give us traffic numbers, do you want me to calculate how much traffic you're supposed to be getting while I do some analysis on how much money you should be making as well? Seriously I hope your joking here.

But hey you want an answer so I'll give you one, according to this sheet here and my experience you should be able to sell your site for 35,000.

PM your website if you are considering selling it. I'm interested in the keywords it's ranking for.
 
Those are pretty lucrative keywords but in the end people are going to pay the big bucks for a site that's already monetizing.

Actual Revenue > Potential Revenue

Beyond the obvious, actual revenue also shows that the site has a solid history and therefore isn't likely to drop out of the top 10 anytime soon, thus increasing its value.

As someone else mentioned, a good rule of thumb for Flippa is about 10-12x revenues. I suspect the MMO niche might grab a higher multiple if buyers think they can significantly build on what you've already got going.
 
The site hasn't has any monetizing way yet. I have seen quite a few numbers of site on flippa which has unclaimed revenue and are selling off like hot cakes :O especially those with video auto script which brings in traffic.

What you said are true as well, it used to be selling sites with revenue. But right now I am not selling the site, just domain which has traffic from lucrative keywords. And the unimaginable profit will be on what the buyer sees he can do, maybe a review site for all the guru products, sell his own product? or cpa lead.. content locking or survey ads/ selling ads space.....

Maybe I should try monetizing myself as well :D
 
monetized your site first. try some program like google adsense, cpa, amazon, agoda affiliate or clickbank. Usually easiest method to determine the web price is (permonth income) x 5 =website price
 
True true, I know about that, but for me that doesn't justify the price as a seller.

Look at flippa to gain an idea of the prices site like yours are going for. Then make a call. Flippa would be a good place to start looking at how much you can maximize the selling price.

Dude you can make some serious $$$$$$ with your site if you are ranking on top 10 for those keywords!good luck man :)
