Look at that map. Red is government controlled, black is IS, and green is other rebel groups. It would appear that red and green fighting against each other made it easier for black to take over what might be rural areas. Taking over all of Syria would be much more challenging.
 
Moxie: If left alone and allowed to grow like they are currently... yeah. My main goal though was to dispel the notion of a conspiracy because of Israel/Saudi Arabia not being attacked. Logistically it is not feasible for them at this current time.

You do realize attacking Syria is basically the same as attacking Iran, right? It's kinda like if someone attacks Saudi Arabia, they're also attacking the US. During the Iraq invasion the US was bitching that Iran was getting involved. Just wait to see what happens in Syria.

And you do know what attacking Iran means, right? I'll give you a hint -- nobody wins, not even the white guys.
