How to create an e-book & get it sell fire hot

I am just thinking what problem you encounter when you want to create an information e-book, market it and get it sell hot?

What questions will come into your mind? How would you get/find the solution?

The main obstacle you will encounter here is a hatred of stupid ebooks.
