How to find out whats at a mailing address?

ok, I have an address from another country, and I need to figure out what is AT that address. Is there anywhere to look online to find out what type of building this address is? Like, if its a house, or a Post office, ect.

I know this is possible for the US, but I don't think so for other countries.
