How to get accepted by DoubleClick n CPXInteractive

Hi everybody

I submitted my request to signup as advertiser on doubleclick and CPXInteractive 2 days back and till date no one has replied to me.

Is there a way to get accepted as advertiser with these networks ?
do they accept small time advertiser like me ?

I think there is a waiting time to get accepted... more then 2 days usually.

If you really want to hurry it up, call them up and brag about how well you do on other CPA networks.

But you can just wait and see what happens...

or can u recommend banner networks that respects small time advertisers ?
