How to host CPA offers

I've decided to enter CPA marketing. gulp


So, what I want to do is host my offers and use different landing pages to get it done. Can I buy one URL to host multiple offers and landing pages? Can someone point me to a rundown of how things work?

What should i name the URL - does it matter?
