You need links from other sites, period. Do some research on "backlinks" and how to obtain them. Another term you should be familiar with (same concept) is link building. Just do a google search, there is plenty of information available out there.
Link building is a foundation of good SEO. But first, start with optimization of your web page. Then go with link building. As I can see, there are not very much competition on this keyword so you will come to the first page in just a few days. On the bottom line there are only two thing you'll need and they are On-page and Off-page SEO.

First tip I'm going to give you is1. Never reveal your keywords to anyone specially an internet Marketer. And there are shit tons here! Don't care if it's a small traffic/search KW if you keep revealing your KW then in the future you might reveal a good profitable KW that you will have tons and tons of competition from the guys who give you suggestions.
Now with your question here's my input.
1. Create a site www. bestpubbarlondon .com <- since it is available.
2. Put shit tons of information there. Make sure you have "ATLEAST" three articles with 3-5% "best pub bar London" Keywords.
3. Create a vid, don't care if it's a video of your shit or you kissing my butt as long as it's a vid and submit it to You tube. Put it in your site then put all the tags with the KW and related Stuff as "tags"
4. Now wait for a week or 2 while pinging the pages until it get indexed. (Small sites with proper on-page gets indexed pretty fast in my experience)
5. Go find some bookmarking service and hire them to bookmark your site.
Then your all done.... It's an easy competition and all I can say is that you can rank there in 2 weeks or 1 month. If it still doesn't take you to the top after then, then get the shit out and do some more backlinking.
Just in case, backlinking composes of thousands of parts but the most preferred and famous are Article backlinks, Bookmarking, Press releases, Blog Posting, RSS, Video Backlinking, Document and file submission, web 2's linkwheel and a lot more.

- Usually a 500 word article is more easily to rank.
- When writing the article, use Bold tags (<b></b>) on the keyword you want to rank for at least 1 time on your article.

Off-page optimization

The more PR these links have, the better for your site. It is also important for these links to be dofollow, although nofollow links are also of good use.

Yeah, definitely don't reveal your keyword in public if you intend on making money of it. To start off, I'd focus on creating UNIQUE quality content...visitors that leave within 10sec because your content sucks aren't gonna make you money. Also, find an appealing theme, and make sure to have relevant links/info before the fold of the page.
Once that's done, start getting as many backlinks as possible. Make sure the link is named according to your keyword. You can pay someone to do it, or do it yourself...
