From what I understand one of his strategies (maybe his only, I don't know) is to identify 'pink-sheet' or 'penny' stocks that have moved higher in conjunction with self-marketing campaigns and to short them.

And from what I do know is that he takes 50,000 pictures of every exotic destination vacation he goes on and posts pictures of them year round telling his get-rich-quick followers about the good life.

Well it did say he made $875,000 on a $500,000 account doing live trades in front of those guys. Sure the $4 million he made on the sub fees is better but he's less of a poser than most guys selling that stuff I'd say based on those type of results.

However he ran a hedge fund in 2007 before it went bust. I doubt many guys still running hedge funds are jealous of $5 million/yr...
