I want to discuss how you would go about outsourcing much of the affiliate marketing process. For this example, let us assume you were going to hire 3 people.

What skillset would each person have and what tasks would you set for them? Who would you hire first? How would you ensure it runs smoothly.

Just imagine having a mini-production line, assisting you in rapidly creating numerous affiliate marketing sites and niches. Would could quickly test a large number of niches in little time.

Thanks,

Jon

I'm a firm believer of hiring somebody that will take you "all the way", no not sex.

Yeah it may be tougher and cost more to get someone that will do that, but try to find someone that will do most of the things you want.

Because if you hire separate people, it could be more expensive, and more trouble because you'll have to be in touch with all three of them versus one.

So as far as your question, I believe that if you find several people that can take you from step one (building the site) to the final steps (promoting, seo and content), that'd be awesome.

Otherwise, if you can fill in parts yourself that's great as well. You can make yourself more valuable if you are more versatile.

And for places to find them... I think www.kasamba.com is a good place. There are a ton more and I'm sure other members of the forum will contribute.

I hear good things about webmasterlabor.com and iwebmasters.com. I never actually used them myself
