How to remedy an Adwords account slap?

Ok, my account got slapped.

Virtually every new campaign I try to launch will be hit by a poor Q.S

Would u recommend I bid extremely high like $10 to get high CTR in hopes of reversing the Poor QS or simply start a new account?
 


Are you using the same domain to launch the campaigns? If so, get a new domain. And don't just copy campaigns across, change ad group names, ad copy etc. At least that's how I recover from a slapping.
 
Do you just change the domain or change the website too? i.e. the content
My account is not slapped but a campaign got slapped. Should I just start a new campaign with same website on a new domain?
 
if its a shady offer maybe a disclaimer will help? google reps have been very helpful recently (yeah wtf!!!!) and being helpful and honest to customers was a big point
