Hello WickedFire Forumers, I am hoping you guys can help a newbie out:

Okay so I am considering buying multiple funny facebook pages that can bring great traffic to funny t shirt ecommerce. Now I know there are scams all over the net so help me answer the following questions.

I've got a person who is selling me a 100,000 Likes mainly U.S traffic for $500. The person has provided me with screen shots!

How should I make the transaction, PayPal or Escrow?
Should I ask for the whole account, or its okay if he just makes me the Admin?
Should I make a dummy account to operate it, incase FB finds something out?

I have bought many pages over the years. You need to build trust and feel the person out. See if they know anyone you know. Things like that.

One tell tale sign to someone scamming is they will drop prices way low if you hold out and barter with them long enough.

That is not always the case though. You just have to have the feel.

I have never gotten scammed out of pages and I have bought over 50

Make sure these likes are real not fake. Try to understand why he is selling the page.Always use Escrow if the seller is new.

Yeah, with the bumping of services like addmefast (even though they have been shitty) and the increasing use of bot and automation, i believe most of the no-name page with more than 3000 likes are not real. Most of the likes would be fake and therefore they would not generate any traffic or value.

here are a few tips from my side

1.Make sure the likes are real and not fake ?there are many services that provide fake likes...
2.use paypal...in case not delivered you can always charge back.
3.Buy the whole account..

I'll second the paypal suggestion. Also you should ask to skype him or talk on the phone about it. You can usually get a good feel as to whether or not someone is a scammer by having an actual voice conversation with them.
