How to sell a PR domain?

Not bad questions for a newbie..You can list in their market place or Flippa , and price depends on many other factors than just PR i assume..pm me the domain name(if you are interested) , i will try to give you a honest opinion of how much it's worth..
In all honesty, unless it's got some really kickass links, and you're not sure why it's pr3, and you'd expect at least pr4, then it's probably not gonna be worth more than $20-30.
There are some factors you would want to consider.
1. Yes, it is PR 3, true - but is the PR stable?
2. What is the monetary gain that you are making per month. Apologies if you have mentioned it, I could not spot it.
3. Are you selling the design and content also, or are you just selling the domain name?
If you are selling the content also, and are making some decent money, then sell it for 10x - 12x of your monthly revenues. If it is only about the PR, then the pricing would be low - maybe $30-$50 or so.
I suggest you look at Flippa - they are the market leaders for trading domains. Their registration fees are somewhat high, but if you are confident about selling your site then you stand a chance to get a great revenue there.

It won't be a lot, you can buy domains with PR for very little if you know where to go. If you get the sites earning and get some traffic they will be worth a lot more to a potential buyer.
There no exactly cost for the domain the domain have the same years and many other factors. Go to the advertising websites, discussion is needed for agreement for sale
