How to show just one text ad at a time?

Hi,

does anybody let you show just one text ad at a time? Like:


"Ads by Google > Example ad."


as opposed to, say, Google's 5 links 468x15 link unit:


"Ads by Google > Example ad 1. Example ad 2. Example ad 3. Example ad 4. Example ad 5."

The idea is to have one big text link, that is more likely to be clicked, instead of 4 smaller ones.

Put it in a div and experiment defining the width?

Be careful though, I dont think google likes you messing with them

as far as i know the only choice you have is to pick the smallest text only add. Some referrals used to be just a text link but they are going away with it.

Well if your looking for PPC text link adds. There are some affiliat networks out there that have some. And if you have alot of traffic there are the inline ad networks(i forgot link but its like 500k a month minimum). Other then that you can do regular affiliate sales or lead offer links.

Yeah it would probably best to go with someone other than google. Any time you start messing with adsense display things like that, they don't really approve, even if your not doing anything bad...
