How to top affiliates make millions

There seems to be the opinion that I am a noobie. I am not. I have a pretty decent level of affiliate sales and have been a full time internet marketer for over 7 years now.
But the same level of thinking that got me to where I am is not going to get me to where I want to be. So I want to brainstorm. Get outside input. You get that by asking questions. What I am saying is that telling me to hang in there to get my first sales is not what I'm looking for. I've been self motivated and hanging in there for years. But I am frustrated at being stuck at where I am.

Then why don't you start contributing more? Anyone looking at your posting history here can see that the vast majority of your posts are questions rather than helpful contributions. Don't be a leech (especially when you want others to spoon feed you!).
I believe asking questions is a great contribution to a forum since it opens up discussion. We all benefit. Criticising doesn't benefit anyone.

Do split testing and taguchi on your landing pages.
Some small change made the difference between a 5% and a 10% convert for a guy I work with.
The reality is that if someone's spent weeks refining a campaign, and the first thing he does is say: "ok, first you do step 1, then step 2, then step 3' and gives you his campaign, he really ought to get his head checked...

firstly, dont think the "rich" are doing something special or that they know some secret......Successful people generally just put in more hours, stay motivated and never quit.....only a few get lucky...
Basically you just need to keep testing different things and take some risks...As an example, i spent 3 hours setting up a test campaign, that ended up making an average of 1.5-2k/day. So stop reading and start testing

I'll tell you like it is and I don't give a fuck what anyone says. The afffilaite market is over fucken saturated and all the great offers that covert are sewn up by the affiliates that have been making them work. Does this mean you can't make money, hell no. It means you better THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!

I say this all the time and I'll say it again. Why not learn something (a trade) or sell something that you can do it all. Make the offer, the landing page, email goes to your private email, your phone number etc. You sell the lead , you make the money. You make the sale, you make the money.

So me being the thinker and dude that sees opportunity to be an affiliate (internet salesman) for him, create an online campaign, landing page for doctors and patients around the world and we're talking I negotiated 25% per sale. The average sale is $15,000 so around $3,800 isnt bad for a sale/conversion. One or two a month and I'm happy.
Will I kill it. Maybe? Is it viable, FUCK YES IT IS, because I think outside the box and I take calculating risks.
Now start thinking what can I sell and who do I know where I can help them and they help me make more money and ideas will come.

Yes, scale is exactly what I think about. So my lines of thought tend to be. "How can I automate this whole damn affiliate thing? Do I use technology, people or a blend? What blend?"

Enter a keyword, it scrapes the top 1,000 keywords, auto creates the adgroups by taking the first line of one advert, the 2nd line of the second advert. Sets the destination url to the correct landing page and adjusts the bids according to ROI."
