Hey,

I used search but couldn't come up with anything.

Does anyone know some free software or a means to create a simple HTML email to mail out with graphics etc.

Um mailchamp.com will allow you to send like 3000 emails for up to 500 subscribers a month which is pretty nice if that is all you need.

PhpList is a self install solution that is always free.

You can also find some decent free html templates by googling "phplist html template".
