OK, German-ness and the hoff aside, I am looking for two things:

a) an article rewriter script. As I have been mulling plans over to write the URM - "ultimate rewriting machine (tm)" I finally came to the conclusion that I might be reinventing the wheel.
Anyone point me to rewriting scripts?

b) A feed-based autoposter that I can limit to X number of posts per day, maybe even add a little random (like 3+-2 articles per day)

After searching for a content rewriter, I just ended up writing my own. Only took me about a day to do it, and I don't have to worry about someone else rewriting articles exactly the same as mine.

Just make a list of each thing you want your rewriter to do, and then code them one at a time in their own functions, and you're done. Cake.
