i didnt say i want to give up ,just advice how can i compete with them because i feel like a small fish in a big ocean with sharks
This is more mind-over-matter problem. You see, like music4mic said, if you simply found out what they are doing and do it better, you're going to be a shark.
No Chance? If no beginner ever wanted to compete with the current #1 position, this world would be full of pussies. Either you have the balls to become #1 or you don't.
What are you actually looking for? A formula? We don't even know what niche you are in, so how could be honestly answer this question? You're looking for an easy way? To what? We don't know what you are targeting. So the only answer is to stop being a pussy and Just do it.
You don't even say if you are doing SEO, PPC, offline marketing, Social Media, Viral efforts, creating a website, creating an eCommerce store, creating a blog - Exactly what are you we suppose to help you out with?

There exists a niche inside a niche inside a niche inside a niche for every niche. Find your angle. Exploit the crap out of it.
You want to do a site on bananas? That's too broad and way to much competition. How about the digestive advantages of eating 2 bananas a day? Probably still too broad. Go further...how about creating a 2 banana-a-day diet plan? Getting closer. How about creating a 2 banana a day diet plan while eating ice cream and cookies for every other meal. Do you need to go further? How about eating 2 bananas a day diet plan with cookies, ice cream, and using only locally grown organic products? You can keep going if you find there's too much competition. Sooner or later, there will be no competition but make sure there's still people searching. And make sure it's a niche you care about somehow.
