For those who just want me to get to the point: I design well and code in PHP (w/ MYSQL), CSS, HTML, and can do some minor ajax/javascript effects. All my tags validate and my code runs error-free. I work for cheap, but this is'nt a sweatshop. (In other words it's going to take more than the warmth of a building and bread to get me going.) Hire me.

For the rest:
All of the above. And becuase I have no portfolio up, here is some stuff I have done.
And I'm really desperate so work, so use that as a bargaining too when were negociating a price and I'll give in easy and then pretend that I didn't just suggest you do so.

PM me, please.

Thanks,

Cameron

EDIT: I can probably dig up some more work on request, so if interested let me know.

Looks good to me. I'll contact you if I need any help with coding or design on my projects.

Are you comfortable doing projects similar in scope and feature to Digg.com? Custom CMS for managing clients and employees for a content writing service (including automated payment system)?

If you think you're confident and can absolutely do those things, be professional, responsible, keep up with progress reporting, PM me. Although don't find me unless you know you can do it, don't have weeks to waste on programmers who try and can't produce/make up excuses. (bad experience recently with a couple bad apples)

That page takes very long to load. I don't know why you're wanting work if you havn't even got a entire portfolio up.

From your site: "Everything tag I write validates."

You might want to rewrite that part ;)

I'm sorry to say g1c9, but you arn't really at a stage to sell your products for more than a sweatshop payment.

"And I'm really desperate so work, so use that as a bargaining too when were negociating a price and I'll give in easy and then pretend that I didn't just suggest you do so"

If you're in this for the money, then I would recommend you get better. That CMS you made, can you atleast supply a screenshot of the backend? The frontend can't really give people an idea.

Im offering my services for cheap because I NEED a portfolio...

For anyone interested: I will code any layout valid html/css strict for 25$, ok?

ON the page you linked to that mentions you design damn well... The default text in the input boxes is not readable because it's cut in half by the lower border of the input box.

It's probably because you have a padding set that pushes the text down, and you're putting internet explorer into quirks mode. You should always run internet explorer in strict mode because running in quirks mode causes numerous bugs to load, and forces ie to use the old (faulty) box model.
The reason ie is in quirks mode on your site is that you do not use a doctype, if your code is valid html you should let ie know ;)
