Watch Al Gore's "The Inconvenient Truth", don't ask me why, I am not interested in your opposition to the message there but if you haven't seen it, watch it.

Oh you also spelled your username wrong; its hydrogen not hydrogin. The first step to hydrogen power is learning how to spell it.

Make sure you watch it in the morning right after you get up or right after a nap otherwise it will put your ass to sleep.

If you like the Gore movie, checkout greenisthenewpink.org

It's a blog I designed and setup for my girlfriend and her friend, they do weekly posts about environmental stuff that are actually readable and quite witty.

Last week they wrote about the Gore movie.

P.S. Let me know what ya'll think of the design too...

Eli's Review Time! yay!
hehe just got done watching it for the first time.

The movie was good in an informational/shockvalue way. It was also presented very well and organized. So overall it was entertaining and I liked it despite the fact that I'm not really into the whole protect the ecosystem thing. For a lack of interest.

The only downside to the movie was its whole michael moore feel. It only presented one side of the debate and shot down everything that didn't agree with their data. It mixed emotion with agendas. The whole kid thing where he was like, my kid got hit by a car and almost died. As a parent i was so very scared i'd hate to loose my only son to........global warming. He even made an attempt to group the politicians against his ideas with prosmoking. Then he had this little pitty session about losing the presidency and how much of a jerk Bush is which didn't make a whole lot of sense in the scope of the film.

All in all, if you take the film at its face value it was pretty cool and had some crazy studies and data that more people should probably hear.

I agree with Mr. Eli. This thing should be 15 minutes long, because it is boring 80% of the time. The spin is also there.. I think most viewers will think that 100% of the scientist predict a 20 feet rise of sea levels. The truth (from IPCC) is not as interesting.

GreenPeace had an exhibity regarding this theme lately and I've seen some of their written write ups about that clip.

all these same environmentalists were predicting that we were entering into another ice age thirty years ago..it was actually a Time mag cover story...simple fact of the matter is we don't have scientific data recorded back far enough to make any kind of real scientific conclusions...I suspect most of these "scientists" are on some kind of grant payroll funded by liberals...
