I have $60 at MyAds. Now what?

I got lucky doing PPC back in 2005 when ebay paid out $20+ for ACRUs and allowed direct linking, made a ton of cash, frivolously spent it all, and haven't done any PPC since.

Now I signed up at MyAds and redeemed a $60 coupon code.

I created 4 random campaigns each with a 3-cent PPC (the recommended was 4 cents...seriously?) that are waiting to be approved.

Any tips, suggestions, guidelines for a PPC noob?

Thanks

What would you suggest?

If their system recommends I bid in the range of 3 to 6 cents, should I start out there and increase slowly?

Start out with twice the bid suggestion? Three times?

Or do I wait and see what my CTR is and increase based on that?

And lets say one of my campaigns does die and get buried. Can I just create a new one at that point with a higher bid?

I'm no MyAds expert by any means but I have never gotten volume bidding below $0.30 CPC. You can try those low bids and you probably will get a couple of thousand impressions a day.

I think they ramp up your traffic after the 3rd day or so if your ad performs well.

You ask too many questions.

Why don't you just test it out. Spend money make money.

So you've been spending all that cash you made in '05 since? LOL it's practically 5 yrs...you should be a regular sh0em0ney by now wahaha.

hey dude i got it here goes:

find a before and after picture of some fat chick becoming skinny using google images

find some pictures of oprah and dr oz

make a 1 page layout that looks like a blog and call it something like "Diasphora's weight loss story" and then write a bunch of fake stuff about how Diasphora lost 50 lbs using acai berry and how she would recommend it to everyone

Make a bunch of ad creatives that say "obey" in them. It doesnt matter what the rest of the ad says or looks like, just make sure the word OBEY is visible and people will click it.

dont forget to make a bunch of fake comments on the fake blog from people named tom, jill and jane talking about how they too lost a ton of weight using the acai berry

sit back and rake in the cash bruh

Thanks for the succinct reply. I think about 90% of this forum was about to do that then. They may have even doubled up with some colon cleanse rubbish.

Oh wait it's 2010 and the post was a joke...

...Oh... You didn't you get the memo? :ugone2far:

Maybe you should ask Shoemoney (who gave you the $60 coupon, right?) to ask MyAds people (whom he consults) to tell us why we can't get any impressions on their platform even with a good CTR/CPM ;)
