you can make an audio compilation yourself and sell them as packs like I tried (made a lil' money but not Storch type of money) - Royalty Free Music Audio - professional stock sounds, free beats, free loops, sample effects.
Realistically nobody here will want to throw resources at it - and it's not all because of your street skrilla - it's just you can get private label master rights to collections easily or limited shit for pretty cheap (meaning I can buy a collection for $x,xxx and bank as much as I can off it - and chances are it's better than your collection - no offense).

i would suggest go to Royalty Free Music & Stock Audio - AudioJungle and try to enter some of your beats first. Remember, it is not easy to get some stuff up to sell on there, they have some srtickt shit rules you need to follow and require some specific quality level. They have large community there with constructive feedbacks on forums etc. The income is smal, but this is why is a good place to start. First prove yourself, make some online reputation and you will see how things start to change for you.
why not use soundclick and buy a vip page? Vybe, johnny juliano, kane beatz do fine with soundclick. Just sell through soundclick.
