I have a very Newb-ish question.



atleast you asked in the newb section.

A review copy is a free service rendered by the seller, in turn for a "review" of the product/service being sold.

ie. For Sale: 10 backlinks $5, one free review copy.

- Review - I got my 10 backlinks. they rocked. ttylz!

From then on, no more free copies and we have a review. Generally only given to senior members etc.
 
Well the point is not that much for a sample, but to get testimonials from people, hopefully respected people endorsing your product.
 
This is a great question to have asked because many people aren't aware.

From my own experience, it can be a good way to get some great testimonials about your product and possibly add some customers to your list for future products.

And, going with a senior member with a good reputation is probably the smartest way to go.
