It's a fun drinking game for yourself. Watch a current TV show and everytime a politically correct cliche is presented have a chug.
The one to watch if you want to get drunk is season 2 of American Horror Story. The show is actually decent, but like with season 3 of House of Cards, I just can't keep watching shows with blatant political propaganda.
Within the first episodes of this show we are presented with:
Interracial relationship - white guy with black girlfriend in the 50s.
Lesbian romance - a couple of lesbians, one gets comitted to an insane asylum, being as homosexuality was considered a mental illness at the time.
Jewish/Nazi mention - a woman in the asylum claims to be Anne Frank leading to lecturing we've all heard at least 1000 times (not exaggerating) about how evil Germans are and the plight of the jews (the richest demographic in the US).
Oh yeah, and the show kicks off with that douchebag singer from Maroon Five and his girlfriend egging him on saying you go girl stuff.
It's not that these themes aren't ok to have in TV or cinema, I mean no one today really thinks we should commit homosexuals to insane asylums or that white/black relationships are not ok. It's just that it ruins otherwise good fiction when you feel like you are being lectured like a stupid child constantly. This is our generations political indoctrination with marxist ideas of workers/capitalists that was so common in European film in the 70s.
Damn, can't they restrict themselves just to one political correct theme pr. season? That's all I ask.
