what are the best way to make it ?

do i build a full website with banners and SEO the shit out of it?

do i flogger the shit out of an offer?

do i just ppc blast 50 offers?

my budget is only 5000 bucks! for 1 month! of hard hard work

I will be outsourcing if necessary

I just want some ideas on how I can realistically can make that?

i would appreciate serious answers please!
 


dude, for 5000 bucks you can buy whole shithole full of ebooks and get all the knowledge you need
 
40k with $5000 in 1 month, and you need a realistic idea.

a. You will first of all need more than just basic knowledge of ppc
b. You will need a kickass niche, offer, and copy
c. You will have to have some idea about how to split test offers, copy etc.
d. You will have to get on weeklies with the network if you are trying to stretch that $5k over the month to make $40k. ie. Spend 5k first week and make $8k (hard but not impossible), get paid next week, rinse repeat.
 
You don't really need to buy ebooks. If you know something about SEO then read Blue Hat. His methodology isn't really for your timeframe but there's a lot of stuff you can apply immediately, like Bluehat tech #12.

In general I think Blackhat CPA has the best chance of making you that much money if it's applied intelligently. Are you already registered as an Affiliate for CJ, Neverblue, etc?

The second most likely way of banking that much would probably be local SEO domination. If you have any people skills and copywriting skills at all this is a very bankable niche. With $50 investment in services here you should be able to rule a local keyword. Physical companies are more than willing to pay you thousands of dollars if you can show value. Just tell them that good targeted direct mail copy converts 3%, search is about a billion times more targeted than direct mail. If they get even 500 searches that's like 15 customers going by crappy direct mail conversion rates. Any big-ticked physical company will lap that shit up. Hell, you could probably pay someone here to optimize the on-site conversion for you.
 
I already have Knowledge with PPC and I have accounts with most of the big affiliate companies

Serious Answer:

Have you thought about Site Flipping? You could spend $4,000 on an established site than use the remaining $1,000 on redeveloping that site by outsourcing. Getting more articles, links, logo, or design.

After you redeveloped it, wait 30 days and resell it. You might not get 40k but should be able to get a nice ROI.
 
$5k into $40k in a month is tough starting from nothing. I would rather be conservative with it and make $20k than blow the $5k when you find out the niches you tried don't convert.
