Oh, well when you put it that way...

My bad. I have no reason to be pissed off. I got my full $79 bucks worth. HA.

The article was good Eric but I could have had written for a lot cheaper Regarding what I was expecting from your service, several days after the release you asked me if I'd had any surges in traffic yet. Um, no. In order to get traffic from it, it would have to be posted somewhere. Also, Eric you DID say that it would be picked up and copied around all over the net.

Bunch of shit. Keep it going Eric. I wont back down. You made these statements and claims.

By the way, I saved our conversation from your site. I could post that for you. I especially like when you said that you don't want people ordering the higher priced package and not getting anything out of it. Since they obviously aren't producing any results. I assume that you were referring to people like me...not getting results.

(This part is a quote from that conversation. "I don't want people ordering the higher priced package and not getting anything out of it. Since they obviously aren't producing any results.")

wow... okay. Since you feel like talking about this in an public forum, instead of our customer forums, that's fine. However, just remember YOU brought it here...

My bad. I have no reason to be pissed off. I got my full $79 bucks worth. HA.

Yes, you did get your $79 worth. Go write your own release and put it out on PRWeb... You'll pay $80 for that alone.

Look at my post above this one. Your release was picked up by Google News, Topix, Ask News and PRWeb. It's not my fault if other sites don't want to re-print a press release about a freebie site.

Again, please show me where I stated that "it would be picked up and copied around all over the net" - because I made NO such claim.

Bunch of shit. Keep it going Eric. I wont back down. You made these statements and claims.

Seriously? Won't back down from what? Any person on this forum can see I provided you with what I said I would.

Hell, I'll post a screenshot of our entire thread from my customer forums. It'll just back up what I'm saying now. And yes, I did say I didn't want people paying for something that didn't produce results. That's why I removed PRWeb from our distribution list. However, you paid for PRWeb distribution and that's what you received. Again, you got one hell of a deal if you ask me. Go find another place where you can have a press release written and published to PRWeb for under $80 and I will shut up right now.

You didn't get results from the PRWeb distribution... that's not my fault. I'm sorry PRWeb is going downhill and you didn't get a phone call from any reporters, but again, not my fault.

(This part is a quote from that conversation. "I don't want people ordering the higher priced package and not getting anything out of it. Since they obviously aren't producing any results.")

Like I said, that's why I removed PRWeb from our distribution list. You paid for PRWeb distribution, you got it. By the way, it cost me $50 to put out your press release on PRWeb... So after the paypal transaction fees, I only made about $27 profit from this whole thing. And now you're dragging this out on WF because your pissed that Dateline doesn't want to do a story on your freebie site. - p.s. I also offered to write another press release for you, free of charge.

You should be paying ME for this crap.

Before you continue bitching, I suggest you go out and research the price of press release distribution and press release writing. Too lazy? Let me help you:

PRWeb: $80 - basic distribution on Google, Yahoo, Ask and Topix (does not write your release for you)

PRLeap: $149 - basic distribution to Google, Ask, and Moreover (does not write your release for you)

PR.com: $60 - basic distribution to Google, Ask, Yahoo, Topix (does not allow live links in the release and does not write it for you)

Final Question: What is the point of all your bitching on here? What are you trying to accomplish?

You know what, screw this. I'm sick of ungrateful people like FSHD not understanding what a press release is and what it is not.

I've changed the plans on PRunderground.com to reflect this change.

I will still write press releases for people (and distribute it under our enhanced distribution plan), but I'm no longer "officially" offering it on the site. If you want me to write your release, PM me and show me you're not a complete idiot and we can go from there. Price: $29.99

I wonder how many other people are dissatisfied, er um, I mean UNGRATEFUL regarding the superb service that you provide. I'm sure you'll get tons of business now. I guess you won this battle. I know when I'm beat, I'm outa here!!

BA, HA, HA, HA, HA!

I'm missing something, subigo showed proof you actually made it into Google News ?

I don't see what he didn't deliver and in fact, the more he says the more I want to hire him for my projects !

Can you be specific or show more detail on exactly what you didn't get ?

I'm going to have to agree with Priority Mail^

As I read the debate between subigo and FSHD, I saw that subigo obviously delivered what he promised and FSHD misunderstood a lot of what she was buying into.

Anyways, subigo, I'm going to be PMing you here in a couple of days for a press release on a project I'll be finishing this weekend.

Actually FSHD, you're only the second person in six months to ever have a problem with my service at all. I was referring to people that don't read the information on my site or posts.

On average I refund 2-3 orders a week, not because people are unhappy, but because they don't read the guidelines and they submit orders for adult sites, hate sites, etc... Some of those people get very upset when I send them a refund and an e-mail telling them I can't write their release. They don't understand what a press release is, that's the problem.

So I took down my offer on PRunderground to write people's releases for them. My thinking goes like this; if they already have a press release to distribute, they are probably smart enough to know what distributors would accept it.

Sure, I'll still write releases for people, but I'm going to make sure they know exactly what they are getting before I do.

Anyway, you are my only unhappy customer right now... and you know what? I could ask some of my past clients to come here and defend me, but I'm not going to do that. It doesn't take much to see I followed through on my part of the bargain.

In fact, on the day I removed PRWeb from my site, I e-mailed my clients and told them they should rethink the PRWeb distribution. Two of them asked for refunds, because they purchased my service strictly for the PRWeb distribution (and I had not yet written their releases). There were two other people (who I had finished a release for) who simply asked for partial refunds. I issued those refunds without a second thought and put out those releases without PRWeb distribution... all clients were happy.

Anyway, you never answered my question. Besides being a little troll and forcing me to waste my time defending myself, what else are you trying to accomplish here?

Finally, I'd just like to point out one last time that if you go to Google News and search for FREEBIE SITES (which was one of your keywords), your release is still on page one after nearly a week.

p.s. - Since November 28, 2007 I've written over 250 press releases for people. Out of all of those, you are the only person to say they didn't get what they paid for.

Actually FSHD...

Um FSHD, maybe the problem is you selected shit keywords ? I mean, really, how much traffic do you think "freebie sites" actually gets ?

Actually, given the results return if you search in google for that, you could probably rank for it really really quickly with some decent SEO.

According to adwords analyzer, freebie sites is getting about 630 searches per month on Google.

Subigo, at PRundeground, the enhanced distribution costs $29.99 at the moment. So now, for a total of $60, you will write AND distribute the PR, right?
