Phew!

So apparently some of you thought I died or went to sleep for a solid week as per my away message.

Really, I've been sick in bed all week with the flu. Lemme tell ya, GET THE FLU SHOT IF YOU CAN! That shit is no fun at all. It's been a really long time since I've had the flu that bad, but now I'm going to be getting the shot every damn year if it means a better chance at avoiding the crap I just went through.

Anyway, I'm not completely better just yet, today is just the first day I don't feel like dying would be a better option than those damn aches and pains at night.

I know I missed April Fools Day, which is one of my favorite holidays here, but I saw that Brandon and Stanley did a pretty damn good job at it without me, so high five to them, and kudos to everyone who played along!

It was a good one. Definitely provided for a good laught that day! The banner was classic.

I got pretty sick last month, pretty sure it was a flu of some kind. Sucks, doesn't it? Glad to hear you're feeling better.
 
Glad you're feeling better, few things suck more then feeling like shit. It's going to be good to see you poking around the boards again.

I think we all might have caught something at the Azoogle "after ... after party" last thursday. I was sick all week (barely got out of bed sun, mon, tues). Tonight was my first night/day out all week.

I also read on Shoemoneys blog he got sick too.

Good advice, but it wouldn't have helped this year - Review of Flu 2008 . I know people who got the shot and still got the flu. However, I've always had the shot, and never had the flu, so hopefully the two are correlated.

Whenever I get the flu shot I get the flu in about 2 days. I don't get it anymore.
