In-House, Direct, or Reseller – What Works Best?

In Nutra and eCommerce for US and EU markets, do you prefer promoting in-house affiliate programs, direct offers through networks, or reseller programs?

What’s your main reason for choosing one over the others?
 


Good question. I’ve found direct offers through networks to be the most reliable for scaling, usually better tracking, support, and fewer payout delays. That said, if the in-house team is solid and communicative, those can be great too, especially for unique products or higher rev shares. Curious what others here lean toward.
