i got a half off review copy, so here is my review. keep in mind that i don't give positive reviews just because i get a discount.
speed 5/5: got a report before i woke up this morning, i'd say less than 12 hours after i sent the info in, can't remember exactly. the point is - lee is fast, and that is good.
communication 5/5: needed one thing tweaked, skyped lee and got it done in less than 30 seconds. everything else was on auto-pilot, which is why we outsource - to save time.
quality 4.5/5: all links are dofollow. the article looked to be spun ok (they wouldn't win the pulitzer prize, but you don't expect or need that), copyscape is pointless since nothing is indexed yet (just got the report). real .edus, very clever targets. these are not high-profile, high-trafficed areas, so there's a good chance the posts will stick, me thinks. lee used a large list of lsi anchors for tier2 links, which is great. i was going to skype him about it and give him a list to use, but then forgot; he did it anyway without me having to ask or provide one. i feel this is valuable enough that he should include it as a selling point in the service description - anchor variation is more important than ever now, everywhere.
results N/A: too early to tell. in any case, in this new age of seo, very few things are valuable in isolation.
overall 4.75/5: if you like .edu links or, like myself, want them for diversity, this is a solid service with links which have a chance of sticking from a well-reputed provider with a ton of itraders.
cheers,
