So if a video does gets removed what will you do about it? I ask that because I hate when people make promises that are not within their control. And I do not want a review copy, someone else would probably be more objective than I.

A full refund will be given if that ever happens. However, this service has been running for 6 months and no customers have had any videos banned. There is no violation of any Youtube TOS.
 
Addendum to package #1: Views will now be spread out more slowly. Expected turnaround time for this alone is now 10 days. If your video has few views currently, your view count might get frozen at around 300 views as Youtube verifies the view count. This should get unfrozen within a few days.
