For example, if you choose the 100IP advance package, you will get 300 second tier links to these blog posts.

These 300 second tier links will be from over 15 platforms, for example, guestbooks, blog comments, profiles, pixel post and so on. This is a linking strategy to minimize footprints.

And yes of course these 300 second tier links will be from different domains and ips.

However, you sent me two websites on different niche, they would be considered as 2 orders.

What I meant by "you can give me as many url/keyword as you want" is that assuming it is on one domain, or they are in the same niche. This is because I will have to prepare the spun article that needs to be related to each niche.
 
yesterday got my first report

100 blog posts and found 100 live links.
today i checked if links are indexed and from 100 i found already 70 blog posts indexed.
