Wow, that was really nice of you.

Anyway, this thread has a "dark side" icon, and I don't think that adequately describes Jon's research. Learning to influence people in certain ways doesn't make them do something completely out of character, just nudges the desired behavior outwardly. Not unethical or dark by any means.
