It would be really super if was possible to get more info about your service without having to create an account. So far the only meaningful info I've read is right here in the thread, "REVIEWED ON JOHN CHOW!" which doesn't really help; in fact you might consider deleting that bit right now (no charge for this advice.)

So seriously -- what does it cost? Do your posters all work out of the same call center, or will there be multiple IPs, writing styles, etc. used? How do you handle competing clients? How do you select forums? Can I specifically exclude or include certain forums from my order? How detailed is your reporting? etc. etc. etc. These are the kind of things that people thinking of sending you some money might want to know.

Frank,

The little bit about "reviewed on john chow" and even the little I gave on my post is to get people going to the website. There, I have all the information.

Anyway, I can answer all the questions here.

(and thanks for the questions, I'm now considering putting an FAQ up)

what is it cost?
- The cost is $1 per post.

Do your posters all work out of the same call center?
- No, the posters all work from home from different parts of the world.

How do you handle competing clients?
- We try our best to find the exact niche of the client's website so there are rarely competing clients. In the case that there are, we simply find different forums.

How do you select forums?
- We look at the website niche and consider the demographics we will be selling too. We then look for relevant forums and take volume and SEO benefits into consideration.

Can I specifically exclude or include certain forums from my order?
Yes.

How detailed is your reporting?
We will provide you with all the posts we have done, including our analysis and how we should proceed further.

I haven't advertised on this forum so I'm sure people (like stroz and m0rtal) are skeptical of the results. I can't show you guys any samples but this is what I can do. When you place an order, I will start the campaign for 1 day. Afterwards, I will contact you with the current progress and ask you if you wish to proceed. If you are unhappy, I will give you a full refund. If you wish to do that, please PM me here with your Forum URL after completing the order so I know to pause the campaign after a day. Looking forward to working with you guys!

All reviewed on John Chow means is that Chow wanted another $500.

Anyway, how did advertising on John Chow's site go for you?

Thanks for the answers. Will likely be your first WF customer.

As far as my John Chow comment goes -- it's nothing in particular I have against Chow; just that a smart marketer knows his market, and putting JC's name in your sig file at this particular forum is likely to drive away sales, not garner them.

I occasionally the "guru" blogs to see what they're posting about, and truthfully, I found the inforum advertising paid post to be only the second or third useful post I've seen at John Chow. I don't care if it's a paid review, it at least got my attention. Do I have any use for the service now? No. At a future point? Probably.

Seeing as that you are a reputable member of this forum, I'll take your word for it. I took it off my signature, thanks. And looking forward to your business!
