Installing Joomla script...

Hi, I need help with installing this Joomla script:

Joomla! Extensions Directory - Estate Agent Improved


I already downloaded it to my computer, but I don't know what to do next.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

go into the admin panel, installers -> components -> browse the file -> "upload file and install"

If you can't follow those exact and specific instructions on how to install components in Joomla I suggest you stop using Joomla right now before you hurt yourself.
