States he doesn't work weekends so all in all it took about 6-7 business days. For the amount of work involved, along with waiting for the submissions to start showing up this is reasonable imo. Not lightning fast but not too slow either. Just about what I expected.

I didn't really give him much guidance as far as how to go about writing the PR and he came back with something very good. It was for an MFA site so it's not the easiest thing in the world to come up with something that doesn't sound too spammy.
My main keyword jumped a few spots and I mostly attribute it to this package. Went #4/5 from #8/9 for a moderately competitive keyword but lots of authority sites on page 1. My secondary keyword hasn't really moved but still quite early and the Goog has been slow with things lately at times so still hoping.
Overall Review
Overall this is a great package and would definitely recommend. I might be placing a bulk order shortly. Would be great to use this as the first thing for fresh sites and build on from there. Not how I used it this time but that's probably how you could increase the effectiveness of your overall strategy.
As of right now there are over 550 results for my PR. Very impressed for a package at this price. Everything is as OP stated it would. Happy customer here.
