Would you like a terrorist organization to somehow control or emit some sort of electromagnetic pulse to fuck up your brain? And you can't do anything about it because the chip is surgically planted in your brain?

I don't turst the powers that are in charge enough to implant a chip into my brain. While I have always wanted a computer implant, I just don't trust our government ( be it gay dems or fucked up repubs) to handle it correctly. You give too much power to ANYONE and they will abuse it.
If a terrorist org wants to, they could release a poison that could kill you - chip or no chip. If someone has the goal of fucking with you it doesn't really matter who you are - you're gonna get fucked with.

There's always gonna be "bad guys" roaming around trying to fuck your ass while you're not looking.
If the tech was reasonably mature and *I knew how it worked* then I'd certainly go for it.

Not even a relevant argument. Why would a terrorist come to my house out in the country and poison me? I was referring to a large-scale attack on anybody with one of these "chips" in their brain.
If we're technically advanced enough to make a "superman" chip, I think computers will have evolved quite a bit as well. So maybe you're sitting home watching TV or on your computer and a pulse is emitted from the screen and just fries the chip. I wouldn't want it to be attached to my brain at that point in time.
You'd better get to college now and get your bio/chem/physics/psychology quadruple major if you'd want to understand how a chip in your brain is going to influence you.

Damn, this would be rock. That would be awesome to load some shit into my brain at the click of a button. I would download all of the kamasutra books and load them up. I would then proceed to go into the bedroom and turn my wife's vag into roast beef.
