Intellichat compeitors

Does anyone know of a good product like Intellichat or Upsellit that is not a hosted program?

I know there is some popup software programs out there, but I haven't found a good save-a-sale type software that I can purchase outright and put on my server.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
