International Mobile Offers

This is just a ranting question-

I log into almost any CPA network and I go searching for international offers. Great, they have an offer in country X.

Oh wait, damn all they have are mobile offers. Oh damn again... the offers pay $0.15-0.45 for a valid PIN submit! Really!?!? Because all of my $0.0001 clicks are going to rock this offer!!!! NOT. NO NO NO

Who the hell promotes these low paying international mobile offers and why are they on every network?
 


You should only be seeing payouts that low for a handful of the lowest revenue-per-subscriber mobile markets. There are plenty of international mobile offers that pay $2-$10 which is a more normal range without knowing which country you're talking about.

Keep in mind that every country has different wireless operators that set different regulations on how much can be billed and at what intervals. This, combined with different consumer spending habits, yield bigger per-country payout variations than other CPA offers.

To answer your question, there are plenty of people with inventory in markets that literally have no other means of being monetized, so they run really low paying offers. It's not like I have agencies of Fortune 500 companies knocking down my door to buy my Argentina traffic, so I might as well throw it at something.
 
Mobile offers are almost always the first offers to hit international markets... after that the higher paying CPA's and diversity of offers come in. Same thing happened with domestic markets years ago.
 
Actually you can do some big #s running INTL with mobile deals. These are the least saturated offers you can go to a banner ad network and present. Often you can pay on a CPA basis just because there's little competition flowing. Get with me if you're interested in getting setup somewhere.

Which affiliate networks are the best for International offers? Or which affiliate networks have the best international mobile offers?

Try checking out CX digital or epic direct (f.k.a. azoogle). They seem to have some pretty good non-mobile international offers
 
VanceAD has many mobile offers.

Do take in mind that avg d/l speed is a huge factor in marketing your mobile offers and the kbps speed is very wide ranging across countries and providers. q1 2010 avg kbps in the US was 850/kbps, where as the avg in the Uk was 2500/kbps and Belgium was 220/kbps across all carriers. Take note of this or lighten the shit out of your mobile optimized lp's. Noone wants to sit around and wait for your offer to load.

Also, for all you admob affiliates...You'll have much more success just building a list from admob first and then sending out your offers that way. The long term profit in the list will eat the cost of admob's clicks greatly.
