Nah i was just asking for them to show me the sub id reporting - got a reply after 6 days saying they cannot see the reports either. Saying that maybe it is their new reporting...So, although a week late, guess they are looking into why they do not have sub id reporting working.
I didn't say that coding was easy. I was saying that an established network should be able to show you where to view their sub id reporting in 5 seconds. Apparently it is a coding issue - I dunno but I am sure they will figure it out. Tough for my company to do much without sub ids.
