iPhone users... I need some help!

So, I bought an iPhone 3g on ebay last night. (brand new condition)

i checked the listing that i won again just now.

i compared the picture the seller took with other iphone listings,

and i noticed that there is no apple sign on the back (The one i won)

is this a fake iphone? or am i being paranoid?

I dont know shit about iphone, so i need some help here..

IMO it looks like it has a protective case over it. Looks like they're throwing in a free case for ya bud :)

Edit: He says he's including a "power pack" which is probably what that is...

With all the shit the gets peddled on eBay it's okay to want to double check shit. But yea, it's just a power pack.
 
It looks legit - but id advise you open up the phone and make sure it is okay before gifting it. I worked at Apple for a good bit of time and trust me, there are fake ones out there. IPhonies we liked to call them. Someone once came into the store asking for a charger for his new IPhone and the box it came in and everything was complete crap. You can get yourself into trouble on ebay with iphones. Let us know how it turns out, the thing that would scare me on those photos is that he never really shows the back at all...which means he coulda damaged the back and the case is keeping it all together :/
 
32g I Phone 3gs, that was exchange for my old I phone. This smartphone is in excellent condition. I'm also including a used power pack by Mophic a must have for backup power, that I will be include. This white I phone with 32g

That's false. eBay makes it money off of the sellers, and usually sides with them, especially the top rated sellers.
