is lying and deceiving necessary for affiliates ?

Stretching the truth in marketing is one thing. Lying to fellow business people, whether it be a network, advertiser, publisher, or anyone else you come in contact in your business life is just shortsighted and stupid. It will always come back to get you.

Are you willing to sell your honor for a quick buck?

It takes a lifetime to build a reputation and just a moment to ruin it.

If you lie and cheat, pretty soon the only people who will do business with you will be liars and cheaters.

Have fun with that.

lol...neither one nor other are a must...I mean...really guys...It's not about scamming. You would want your business to be long term, focused on value rather than a quicky generating fast but limited income. You can get the cash without scams and low life actions. Plain work...lol...it really is that simple.

What always puzzled me is how guys are able to promote penis enlargement to other guys. And some of these marketers are extremely bright, talented and financially successful. I'm sure they could succeed promoting anything else. But penis enlargement pills? That's your business? I can't put my mind around it. Like recently I saw a guy doing some pretty sizable media buys, using P202 and split-testing 5 different very well designed and thought-out LPs. Surreal.

People get blinded by money. A lot of people hit easy cash in the beginning and don't look past that.

Good question I was wondering about this myself.
Let's say you build a website around a clickbank product, and you motivate people to buy the product by creating a story around it how the product helped you become very successful financialy.
You aren't lying about the product, and they get exactly what they pay for.
But the story isn't true.
Is this illegal, can people sue you for stuff like that?
