Is T202 Still Relevant?

Hi,

Is Tracking 202 still relevant? It seems to me that most self-serve media buy
platforms along with Network Affiliate tracking pretty much offer what you
would need for tracking.

Installed Prosper 202 on our server and am going through everything and it
seems rather dated. Even the training videos are from 2008.

I just prefer not to spend a lot of time on it if it's really not needed anymore.

Strange question bro, it's needed if you need it. If you don't know if you need it, you should learn more about it and evaluate if your current tracking setup can benefit with it.

If you're using a platform that has conversion tracking, and the reporting is sufficient, and you trust it, and you're running direct or making other arrangements for split testing your landers, 202 is probably redundant. There's not many places where all those pieces are in place for you, so 202 is helpful. The alternatives like bevo and cpvlab do tend to look a little more modern and may be better suited to certain types of traffic.

Yes it's still relevant. VERY relevant. Always good to have something to cross reference your results with.
