Is there a list of current 'google slaps" or things that are guaranteed to fuck you?

Are there any up to date lists of things NOT to do on a site that Google will not index you as a result of?

Any list of things TO do? I've found a lot via WF but most discussions on the topic are 6+ months old.

Just play by their rules and you'll be fine. Unless you absolutely know what you're doing don't cloak, don't linkspam, and don't be deceptive. I find that Google's quality guidelines are still incredibly relevant:

What is cloaking? Is it the same as a redirect? What about linkspam, how much is too much, or is it simply links to dummy content pages within your own site?

Cloaking=Showing GoogleBot a different page than real users
Link Spam=Dropping thousands of links on messageboards/guestbooks/blogs/whatever.
