The biggest problem at clubs is distorted audio (due to pushing speakers too hard) and not low bit rates IMO.
As said, the Bose sound wave is literally a glorified clock radio. I get that you’re looking to maximise profits, but you need to get a modest PA for the sake of your pride alone. You’ll be the laughingstock of the party with sound waves.
