It sucks not being able to see peoples' facial expressions during interviews where they conceal their identities (with pixels or back light).
What about attaching 3d sensors to their faces in order to show another person's face while showing real facial expressions?
Would be interesting to hear opinions of those that know anything about 3d graphics/sensors. May be it's a dumb idea, but seems realistic considering how a lot of CG is made and technologies like Xbox kinect.
