Is this violating Adsense TOS?



Better remove it before you get clickbomb'ed to death.

Nothing is sure with AdSense but that kind of websites I know Google hate.

Technically speaking, it's OK to do that but you can still get banned.
 
A lot of people are doing it with no issues. But, According to the TOS your first ad needs to be under the first 3 lines of text.

Not my site, was just surfing around for inspiration.

I saw way too many similar sites doing that.

Another example is: Jasmine Plant
But these guys don't give a fuck about ads under title policy, they have sold so many sites at flippa like this its crazy.
