You could always try HubPages - people will read articles if they are interested in what you have to say and you can easily work with the Ebay and Amazon affiliate programs and Google Adsense. I'm not saying the returns are going to be huge but if you work on increasing your articles there the advertising costs are minimal. You could always use whatever you make and put that into a website/blog advertising scheme. It's not as easy as it sounds but can be done.
Article marketing on hubpages or squidoo might make you a bit with some luck and targeting some decent niche's it's all free you might earn enough to pay for some web hosting and a domain name with the profits.
If you can write solid content, you can start from there. In my opinion, there is a shortage of exceptional sales pages, articles...etc. There is money to be made here and you can outsource the stuff you don't know or can't do to someone else.

What about SEO, Facebook, Twitter, blogging, etc? There are tons of ways to make money online without investing anything. I do it all the time!
Organic SEO is definitely the best white hat way to make cash online with no investment. Once you start making cash with SEO invest in some paid traffic.
