I've taken notice of affiliate ads located within MySpace Apps such as Mafia Wars and Texas Hold Em' Poker that allow you to register/purchase goods for extra in-game bonuses, like more chips when you run out.

Surprisingly I actually found myself browsing them in a moment of desperation (yah yah, keep it to yourself, lol). I'm sure thousands upon thousands of other users do as well...

The main developer, Zynga, seems to develop all the software, I assume you would go through them to set something up. I have no clue as to what the pricing scheme is but I don't think it would be astronomically high...

Again, just noticing a little niche thing that someone may find useful...If this has already been posted, I apologize, but I did fail to find it in a search of the forum.

Here is a pic of what I'm talking about if I'm being too vague...also, there is about 11 pages of these ads on the App I'm currently on:

Actually Zynga just makes the games. In the screenshot you have there it's SuperRewards Super Rewards , created by Jason Bailey. Offerpal Media is another network that offers the iframe virtual currency incentive offers. I'm using Offerpal on my app and I've never tested SR but alot of big apps use it.

Ah, thanks for clarifying that...definitely looks interesting, I'm too lazy to call them and inquire about pricing and post it here, maybe later though, hehe...

I'd be interested as well. Eagerly awaiting your post ;x

I believe they take 10%, and they handle all the support from users. Good way to monetize your apps quickly.
