IMO the misconceptions in this industry from US citizens who primarily reside in the US about being "off shore" are wild, and IMO are by and large tossed around by people with zero first hand experience OR those who certainly haven't survived an audit or worse (and wouldn't).
Let me give you a clue how Guthy manages to run trials:
1) they ship products, in reasonable amounts of time
2) you can cancel if you don't like the products
3) many people LOVE the products
4) you don't get whacked with multiple $30/month for 'fit/ripped/cute/douche factory.com memberships' that you had no idea you were ordering.
You know how fucking annoying it is at a marketer to have customers say "hey I ordered "Product Name A" from your website, why the hell did I get shipped "Product Name B?" (where a & b are DIFFERENT PRODUCTS ALTOGETHER <colon vs. acai>), I wanted "Product Name A."
I mean seriously, c'mon.
